Dr. Taylor Campbell is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained headache medicine specialist who lives and practices in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is eager to return to Nevada and excited to help you with your headache needs!

Dr. Campbell grew up in Mission Viejo, California and became interested in medicine when a talented physician helped him to heal from a hand injury. In addition to studying the sciences, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Afterward, he attended Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences.

During medical school, Dr. Campbell took leadership positions in several extracurricular groups, including secretary of the Neuroscience Club, president of the Neurosurgical Interest Society, and secretary of the Student American Academy of Osteopathy. He demonstrated a steady hand by winning first place at the Emergency Medicine and Surgery Clubs’ suture-tying competition. His academic prowess was acknowledged by acceptance into the Sigma Sigma Phi Honors Society.

After graduation from medical school, Dr. Campbell became a neurology resident at the Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. In addition to gaining valuable experience from working in a Comprehensive Stroke Center, he maintained academic pursuits, such as serving on the Neurology Scholarly Activity Committee. He became certified in Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) and served as Chief Neurology Resident. He became involved in the community as well, serving on the Board of Trustees, the Resident-Fellow-Medical Student Committee, and the Membership Committee for the Clark County Medical Society. In recognition of the positive feedback patients had written of him, the hospital awarded him with a Certificate of Appreciation in 2023.

Dr. Campbell’s residency training included performing procedures such as botox injections and occipital nerve blocks. After graduation, he pursued further specialization in treating patients with headaches in Portland, Oregon by training at the Headache Medicine fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. During this fellowship he passed the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology & Psychiatry examination. In addition to treating over a thousand headache patients, he performed hundreds of in-office procedures including botox for migraines, occipital nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) blocks. After completing his training, he is bringing that expertise back to Las Vegas to treat headache patients at the Las Vegas Neurology Center!
